In Room 2 we have started reading Atherton, Rivers of Fire. It is the sequel to Atherton, the House of Power.
The blurb on the back of the book says:
"The World of Atherton has collapsed. Three levels, three lands have become one. Humans and monsters, once separated by vast cliffs, now roam the surface of Atherton together. The inside of Atherton - where the most troubling secrets are hidden - has been entered. and the mad scientist who created Atherton is nearer than anyone thinks, with an identity no one will expect."
We are really enjoying it.
Here's a photo of some people from our class with the posters from the book, the book itself, and a poster that Malin made about Atherton.
