Jaimie's article about Strike

Boom! Boom! Boom! Wow that was an awesome performance of STRIKE yesterday wasn't it! The STRIKE people, Tim, Tom and Murray, came and performed some songs for us. It was mostly about rhythm and they did really cool drumming. They were doing it so fast and hard that when they talked in the microphone, they were puffing! Another cool thing they did was choose some people to come up and help them have a go on some drums. They looked like they had a great time. It was funny when they got faster and faster and then finally they stopped. We all enjoyed watching the talented men make music out of fire, drums and a Marimba. We hope that when they come again their show will be as special as it was yesterday. Thank you to Mrs Christie for organising it and asking Tim, Tom and Murray to practise and perform for Tawa intermediate
