cross country

 
We have been training lots for this event
doing the cross country course.
Doing the block run and the kowhai block.
But this is over a couple of weeks and after each day, I am tired and proud of myself
Its a whole school event. as you train, you need a A for attitude. If you know your a walker, START training because you don't want to be seen walking on the day.
