Weekly essay week 4

This is an essay on tips of being a good babysitter when
you get older.

The first thing you would do when the parents are
home is to get the parents mobile number because if an
emergency happens to the baby, you can contact them
and make sure you have a first aid kit.

Secondly when you’re babysitting, never leave the baby’s
sight or the baby could damage anything in the house like
a glass, vase etc. When you always have the baby in your
sight, it’s a good thing because there is a lesser possibility
of the child you are babysitting, breaking anything so less
stress.

Third is never leaving the baby home alone like leaving
because you get an emergency call. Since you got the
parents number you could contact them and see what
they say. Or if you were extra careful you would take the
baby with you if you were daring.

Now you would always close every door especially the
bathroom because baby can drown even if the water is
small. You would put these following things away: glass,
matches, vase etc or the baby could get hurt when metal
is on the ground or if they light a match.

In conclusion, the four important things to do when you
babysit is first get the parents mobile number, never leave
the baby’s sight, thirdly is to never leave the baby home
alone. Finally, remember to close all doors and put away
dangerous things. Babysitting is fun to do and helps you to
earn some pocket money.
